Once your order is placed and verified, we promptly begin the preparation process. Due to this swift timeline, it becomes challenging to modify or cancel your order. However, we will endeavor to support your request if it is made within 24 hours of placing the order successfully.

 Processing Time 

Our handcrafted press-on nails are made with care and precision. The processing time for your order typically takes 7-28 business days, although some items may require additional time due to their bespoke nature.  If you in a rush or needed by a targeted date, Please let us know and we can accommodate for a fee.

Shipping Information 

Colfairy ships handmade nails worldwide from our base in China, Your order will be dispatched as soon as our nail techs finish handcrafting your nails. Keep in mind, we're in full swing on business days, which excludes weekends and public holidays. As soon as your Colfairy package begins its journey to you, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to chart its progress. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days, please consider any holidays or natural disasters may impact delivery times.

Lost or Stolen item
